I just updated two of my LocoFi 3 Decoders to the 2.35 software update. It was quick and easy to do through the phone app. My interest was mainly with the volume control, which I played around with a bit and seemed to work well. I had previously edited the sound files with Audacity to be decreased in volume by 15 dB. At some point I think I will pull out the sd card and put in the original sound files and just use the new volume control to make the chages.
I didn't check out the any other new features, but I am sure I will some day. I don't have any steam locomotives but it could still be fun to play with those sounds!
Thanks for improving your products and making do easy to install the updates! I look forward to more!

I did the update to 2.35 today. Everything went well. It was pretty easy to do. I recommend that no one worries about doing it and just goes ahead with the update.
Nice work on the update. Lots of great new features! Well worth it, especially if you'll be adding steam sounds to your locomotive and even if just still running diesels.
